Children's Dental
At Shibata Dental, we have two friendly Oral Health Therapists who are specifically qualified to treat children in their own fun, educational and caring approach.
Dental Implants
When it comes to implants, we work closely with the Periodontist who looks after the implant surgery and planning. Once the implant has been placed and it has integrated and is ready to be restored, Dr Shibata will complete the treatment by restoring the implant crown.
Endodontic / Root Canal Treatments
It is with no doubt that we all dread undergoing Root Canal Treatment - taking the nerve out of the tooth), however, should a Root Canal Treatment be necessary, Dr Shibata is able to complete the treatment in different visits depending on each case and utilise his ceiling mounted dental microscope for quality treatment.

With periodic oral examinations and cleaning, we focus on prevention and instilling correct oral hygiene for you and your family. A good dental habit will also reduce the need for more costly treatment in the future.

We understand many of our patients have an active lifestyle by taking part in weekend sports, after school activities and school sports days. For our active patients we offer custom made Mouthguards that can be fabricated within a week from the initial impressions.
Occlusal Splints for Teeth Grinding
Patients who suffer from stress related nocturnal grinding (bruxism) or clenching of the jaw, can be provided with Occlusal Splints, which are mouth pieces that help to protect your teeth from grinding away the enamel of your teeth and can also assist in relieving jaw pain.
