BOARDING KENNELS

YARRA VALLEY DOG RESORT – DOG KENNELS WITH A DIFFERENCE

At the Yarra Valley Dog Resort we provide first class accommodation for our dog guests in weather-protected enclosures with a run area that suits their size and personality. Members of the same family can stay together in our larger runs. Each dog has a comfortable individualised stretcher bed made of flea-proof fabric. Your dog is provided with plenty of warm blankets, but you can provide your own bedding if you prefer.

EXERCISE, PLAYTIME SESSIONS & NATURE WALKS ...

Yarra Valley Pet resort offer lovely exercise areas for your pet with large lawns, lots of big shady trees and sun-shade sails. 3 to 4 hours exercise can be included every day, either on their own or matched with other like-minded playmates. Nature walks and interactive playtime sessions can be purchased for a nominal fee with discounted rates for up to three family dogs

AT OUR RESORT YOUR DOG WILL ENJOY GOURMET MEALS ...

Yarra Valley Pet Resort provides high-performance dry food plus 4 Legs Gourmet Meals with Chunky Chicken and Rice once per day. Older dogs are fed a dry food that is specially formulated for their digestive systems and puppies receive a high protein diet. We also substitute meals with Royal Canin for dogs who require additional nutrition. Twice daily feeding is provided if needed. Dog guests with special dietary or medication requirements can be accommodated and you can also supply your own food if you prefer.

COMFORTABLE HEATED KENNELS ...

So that your dog is comfortable during the colder weather, we have electric heating pads available for hire at $2 per day. These are perfect for dogs who are used to sleeping on your bed or for older dogs who need a little bit of extra heating during the night in our dog kennels.

COMPLIMENTARY HYDRO BATHS

Your dog will receive a complimentary hydro bath when he/she stays with us for six days or longer

EVIDENCE OF A C5 VACCINATION WITHIN THE LAST 12 MONTHS IS REQUIRED FOR ALL BOOKINGS

DOG DAY CARE

YARRA VALLEY DOG DAY CARE – FOR BIG AND SMALL DOGS!

At the Yarra Valley Dog Day Care we provide day care for your dog whilst you are at work, visiting the sites of the Yarra Valley or simply for socialisation for your dog, which can help with separation anxiety and general behaviour.

9AM TO 5PM 7 DAYS A WEEK

Day Care operates between the hours of 9am to 5pm 7 days a week (extended times may be arranged by prior appointment depending on availability of staff). Every dog has between 3-4 hours in an outdoor play yard included.

NATURE WALKS AND HYDROBATHS

Option to add on Nature Walks or a Hydrobath to make their stay a Day Spa pamper experience.

COMFY KENNELS

Own kennel with raised bed and soft bedding for rest times

FULLY SUPERVISED PLAY TIME

Fully supervised play time with our caring staff WITH Plenty of balls, tug toys and more to entertain your dog

BOOK YOUR DOG IN FOR A FEW DAY CARE SESSIONS!

We recommended booking your dog in for a few daycare sessions before they have an extended stay with us, this really helps them adjust, as they are more familiar with the resort.

Multi-level pens accessed via ramps and steps that are ideal for older cats.

SAME FAMILY CAN BE HOUSING

Cats from the same family can be housed together or separately if they prefer.

FELINE GUESTS ARE KEPT WARM AND COMFORTABLE

SUNNY OUTDOOR AND FULLY ENCLOSED VERANDAH

We have a lovely sunny outdoor, fully enclosed verandah, which is a favourite with out cat guests who are used to some outdoor time at home.

PLAY TIME IS OFFERED EVERY DAY IN THE CENTRAL AREA OF OUR CATTERY

Your cat can use the scratching poles, play with toys or just snooze quietly in the corner on a comfy chair.

COMFY MATTRESS AND RUGS

Comfy padded mattress and hand crocheted rugs in their sleeping box.

F3 VACCINATION REQUIRED

We require evidence of F3 vaccination or better within the last 12 months before admission to the cattery.

DRY FOODS AND WET FOODS

Our feline guests are offered a range of different dry foods, as well as an extensive range of wet foods.

SPECIAL TREATMENTS

We can accommodate fussy eaters, special dietary requirements and cats that require medications.

AFFECTION & CUDDLES

At our cat resort, we offer lots of affection, cuddles and one-on-one chats.
